 Why MioFactory ?
MioFactory is based on a simple idea: software adds greater flexibility to a large variety of needs of the web page, but it’s development costs do not always make it viable.
By giving the ability to make software to the web designers, we hope to contribute to the introduction of the new generation of tools, adapted to the actual challenges and based on the wealth and abundance of the Internet.

What is MioFactory ?
MioFactory generate downloadable software capable of being installed locally, of downloading data from the Internet and having it available without being connected. The software is free from it’s interface, and master of it’s existence on the users workstation.
MioFactory brings new solutions for resolving classic challenges found on the Internet.
Whom can create Mio applications?
Mio applications are fully developed with web technologies such as HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, Flash, Java, etc. Anyone who is capable of fabricating a web page can develop software with MioFactory.
With MioFactory, you can created all types of software, whether you are debuting in HTML or are an advanced developer in JavaScript or in Flash.
What is a Mio application?
A Mio application is a desktop application generated with MioFactory or other Mio generators. It’s extension can be EXE, MIO or SCR.
The EXE format can be read on all PCs. Mio Engine is stored in the EXE file so it can be read without installing Mio Engine.
The MIO format is very small (from 35ko). The 400Ko Mio Engine should be installed on the computer before opening a Mio file Mio Engine.
The SCR format is for screen savers.
